A free service

Kickoff is provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis. We work hard to keep scores, fixtures and squads accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free.

No stakes, no gambling

Predictions, bracket picks and friend leagues are for entertainment and bragging rights only. There is no wagering, no entry fee, no real-money stakes and no cash prizes. Kickoff is not a gambling product and does not facilitate betting of any kind.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users;
• attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• submit content (such as display names or league names) that is abusive, infringing or otherwise objectionable.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

No affiliation with FIFA

Kickoff is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with FIFA or any official World Cup organizer. Team names and tournament references are used descriptively.

Content ownership

Editorial articles and the design of Kickoff are owned by us and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as predictions and league names) and grant us a limited license to display it within the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
